I ordered this necklace for my pet loving 11 year old granddaughter for birthday. It actually brought tears to her eyes when she opened the gift. Sadly, she lost it at school and cried her heart out. Reaching out to the company I am eternally grateful that they still had all of the information including pictures to recreate the necklace. It was a necklace in silver with pictures of her three living dogs and her fourth dog that passed away. I would definitely recommend this company.
